MadLabs is an AI-powered creative and productivity platform. It provides access to AI-assisted labs, tools, and workflows to help users generate, refine, and organize ideas and content. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using MadLabs, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@madlabshq.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MadLabs to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs generated by MadLabs are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. MadLabs does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to MadLabs. By submitting content, you grant MadLabs a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely to provide the Service. The MadLabs platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of MadLabs.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
