MadLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use madlabshq.io and related services (the “Service”).

• Email address (when you sign up or subscribe to updates)

• Content you submit to AI labs and tools (prompts, briefs, drops)

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI Processing

Content you submit to MadLabs labs and tools is sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. This content may be processed by providers such as Anthropic and others. We do not sell your content to third parties. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (SSNs, financial data, passwords) through the AI tools.

5. Improving the Labs

We want MadLabs to get better at writing copy, and the most useful signal for that is real work done in the product. This section explains exactly what we may do with it, and how to say no.

What we may use. We may review and use conversations and generated output to evaluate quality, fix problems, and improve our prompts and models. Before any content is used this way, we remove details that identify you or your business — your name, email, account identifiers, and brand details such as company names, product names, URLs, and contact information.

What we never do. We do not sell your content. We do not publish your copy, or use it in marketing or public examples, in any form that identifies you or your business.

Your choice. You can opt out at any time in Settings, or by emailing team@madlabshq.io. Opting out does not affect your access to any feature. If you opt out, we stop using your content for improvement work going forward.

Where this stands today. As of the date at the top of this page, we are not using customer conversations to train models. This section sets out the terms that will apply if that changes, and we will update the date above and notify account holders before it does.

6. Data Storage

Your account data and saved content are stored securely using Supabase, which provides database and authentication infrastructure. Data is stored in the United States. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — infrastructure partners like Supabase and AI providers, only as needed to operate the Service
• Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

8. Email Communications

If you subscribed to email updates, we may send you product announcements and promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at team@madlabshq.io.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. Authentication cookies are essential for the Service to function. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect functionality.
